Moda Nova buys direct from independent international designers. This gives a more satisfying experience for everyone in the Fashion Supply Chain - the designer, the store and customer alike. The current approach favored by large chain stores of design by committee in Beaverton or Arkansas, make in Asian sweat shop and mark up 500% is unsatisfying for both customer and producer and it leads to boring look alike apparel.
When you come to Moda Nova you will see original apparel and accessory designs not found elsewhere. We found our suppliers during seven trips to South America, two to Europe and several in the US during 2004 and early 2005.
